Кандидат в прем'єр-міністри Чехії Андрей Бабіш був офіційно звинувачений в шахрайстві у справі, пов'язаній з субсидією ЄС на суму 2 млн євро.

Про це пише Європейська правда із посиланням на Politico.

Поліція пред'явила звинувачення Бабішу, колишньому міністру фінансів, і його заступнику Ярославу Фальтинеку за шахрайство з субсидією, пов'язане з будівництвом ферми і конференц-центру майже десять років тому.

"Я отримав рішення про початок кримінального переслідування у цій псевдо-справі ... Я негайно оскаржив це рішення", - заявив у понеділок Бабіш.

Минулого місяця нижня палата чеського парламенту проголосувала за те, щоб позбавити двох політиків їх парламентського імунітету, відкривши шлях для судового переслідування.

Андрей Бабіш є лідером центристської партії АNО, яка, згідно з опитуваннями, розраховує завоювати найбільше голосів на виборах до нижньої палати парламенту 20-21 жовтня.

Якщо Бабіш стане прем'єр-міністром, він буде знову застрахований від судового переслідування.
