Интернет-издание «Фонтанка.ру», опубликовавшее 1 апреля шутку об исчезновении со шпиля Петропавловской крепости ангела, обвинили в оскорблении чувств верующих.

Главный редактор «Фонтанки.ру» разместил в своем фейсбуке копию письма, направленного на его имя заместителем директора по общим вопросам ГБУК «Государственный музей истории Санкт-Петербурга» Сергеем Кондратьевым,пишет Медуза

Ангел на Петропавловской крепости, сообщается в письме, является «символом Петербурга и святыней для огромного числа верующих», а «создание вокруг него нездорового имиджа отрицательно сказывается на имидже города».

В письме, подписанном Кондратьевым, отмечалось, что вчерашняя первоапрельская новость «Фонтанки» об исчезновении со шпиля Петропавловской крепости ангела является «недостоверной» и «недопустимой даже в качестве первоапрельской шутки».
