Трамп зібрав на свою інавгурацію рекордні 250 мільйонів доларів пожертвувань. До збору долучились провідні технологічні компанії, криптоінвестори та банки.

Про це повідомляє ABC News із посиланням на джерела.

Збори здійснювались в межах офіційного Інавгураційного комітету Трампа-Венса, а також інших великих фандрейзингових компаній Трампа.

Гроші зібрані у 2025 році перевищили суму його першої інавгураційної кампанії 2017 року, яка зібрала 107 млн дол.

У своїй кампанії Трамп отримав значні пожертви від технологічних гігантів: по 1 мільйону доларів від Meta, Apple, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, OpenAI та Uber.

Для Meta участь у зборі на інавгурацію стала першою. Apple, Amazon, Google і Microsoft робили внески і на попередні президентські інавгурації.

Як повідомляє ABC, Інавгураційний комітет Трампа також отримав великі пожертви від криптовалютної індустрії, зокрема 5 мільйонів доларів від Ripple, 2 мільйони доларів від Robinhood і 1 мільйон доларів від Coinbase.

Інші великі корпорації, які раніше жертвували кошти на президентські інавгурації, також зробили пожертви і цього разу, зокрема Bank of America та Boeing.
