В День Конституции, 28 июня, народные депутаты собрались на торжественное заседание Рады. На нем присутствовало много гостей, в частности Виктор Шишкин и Степан Хмара.

Однако "слуга народа" Давид Арахамия не узнал соавторов главного закона Украины. В чате провластной фракции в телеграм он не совсем корректно спросил, кто это.

Что это за два "деда-мопеда"? Стоят в зале, – написал нардеп.

Среди присутствующих в беседе нашлись те, кто смогли объяснить, что два вышеупомянутых мужчины – это правоведы и авторы Конституции Виктор Шишкин и Степан Хмара.
