Скандальний матеріал вийшов 29 вересня. 29 вересня в "Российской газете" був опублікований матеріал "Разом сильніше", де наводиться цитата, яка не відповідає дійсності, із заяви мера міста Любляни Зорана Янковича про те, що Словенія однією з перших в Європі визнала підсумки референдуму по Криму.

Про це йдеться в уточненні газети, повідомляє ТСН.

Після опублікування матеріалу редакція отримала з посольства Словенії офіційного листа.

Зокрема, Янкович не розмовляв з журналістами газети про Крим і референдум, як і не згадував про це під час проведення Днів Москви. "Посольство Республіки Словенії в Російській Федерації уповноважене повідомити, що Республіка Словенія підтримує незалежність, територіальну цілісність і суверенітет України і відповідно до цього не визнає ні результатів референдуму в Криму, ні незаконного приєднання Криму до Російської Федерації, що є порушенням міжнародного права. Редакція просить вибачення у мера міста Любляни Зорана Янковича і читачів "Российской газеты", - йдеться в уточненні.
