"Дорогущий мелований папір, гарна поліграфія , розумний набір слів - ці брошури сьогодні роздавали керівникам парламенту , профільних комітетів і представникам фракцій громадські організаціі, що " опікуються реформою парламенту", на нараді, присвяченій реформуванню ВР. Купа грантових грошей йде на цю дорогу макулатуру. Я таки продивилася книжечки....Боюся, я була єдиним іх читачем, ця макулатура залишилася валятися на столах", - написала у себе на фейсбук Перший заступник Голови Верховної Ради Iryna Gerashchenko. 

"Дорогі громадські організаціі, дорогі грантодавці, ви правда думаєте, що депутати, керівники комітетів і парламенту не знають, що таке Біла книга? Що про " громадське обговорення законопроектів" треба надрукувати брошуру на 30 сторінок з красивими стрілочками і зірочками? Ви точно впевнені , що ось ця дорогуща поліграфія - це справді допомога в роботі парламенту? Парламенту потрібна допомога в експертизі законопроектів для адаптаціі іх до європейських стандартів. А лікбез про Білу книгу і громадські обговорення можна прочитати і в електронному вигляді", - написала Ірина Геращенко. 

За словами першого віце-спікера "у нас "допомога парламенту в реформах " часто зводиться до брошур і розвішування плакатів на балконі". "Якби хтось чіпляв плакати на балконі ПАРЄ чи будь- якого європейського парламенту- його б вивели за вухо . А в нас на це виділяють гранти і називають "сприянням в реформах", - написала Ірина Геращенко. 

Перший віце-спікер закликала "ГО тісніше працювати з комітетами над реформами законодавства, це те, що дійсно найпотрібніше", бо "від цього виграє ЯКІСТЬ роботи і співпраці".
