Американской корпорации Microsoft покупает у финской компании Nokia бизнес по выпуску устройств и разработке сервисов

Об этом пишет Газета.ru со ссылкой на The New York Times.

В состав сделки, сумма которой превышает $7,1 млрд, входят соглашения по покупке производства мобильных телефонов и прав на использование патентов компании.

О переговорах с компаний стало известно еще в июне, но обсуждение застопорилось из-за вопроса цены и из-за сложного положения Nokia на рынке.
